SHIPPING POLICY

We deliver to customers across the United States, ensuring quality and responsiveness at all times.

The time frame for the orders is as follows:

  1. Orders are received, verified and processed.
  2. Shipping time may vary depending on availability. Orders take between 10 days to 6 weeks to arrive at their destinations. We will send you tracking information to your email once the tracking is available.
  3. You have 12 hours to cancel your order after it has been placed. Reach out to us at [email protected] with your name and order number to begin the cancellation process.
  4. The order cannot be cancelled after 12 hours. You have to wait to receive the order and return it. See our Return Policy
  5. In the rare occurrence an item has not arrived, please contact us at (786) 519-4179 or [email protected]. We will make sure you are 100% satisfied with our service.

 

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely happy with the purchase we are happy to give you your money back or a store credit. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The items must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

Please request a Return Authorization Number to [email protected] and we will send you detailed return instructions on how and where to send your package at your own expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a Return Authorization will not be accepted.

Details for Returns:

  • Items must be sent back within 20 days of the arrival date noted on the Tracking delivery document.
  • Items should be unworn/unused with no marks of usage and include all original tags. Returns will not be accepted if the product was damaged while being washed or worn outdoors.
  • All original packaging should be included.
  • For shoes: place the shoes in the original shoe box and ship it all back (If possible use the original delivery packaging or a shipping box with no other exposed labels).
  • Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong items. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Refunds are applied via the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
  • Credits can take an additional 2 – 10 business days to post to your account, depending on your credit card.
